Composition:

First finely chop the small onion, capsicum, tomato, parsley, and carrot and keep them aside.

Then heat three tablespoons of oil in a pan, fry finely chopped garlic, and add chicken pieces.

When the curry is cooked, add half the chopped vegetables to it.

Also add ½ teaspoon oregano, ½ teaspoon thyme, and ½ teaspoon rosemary.

Now add salt, black pepper, and a pinch of tomato paste and cook till everything becomes one, and then keep it aside.

After this, roll the lasagna sheet in hot water and keep it aside.

Then heat 1/4 cup oil in a separate pan fry the flour and keep it aside.

Now boil one pint of milk and thicken it with roasted flour.

When the milk thickens, add the remaining vegetables, oregano, rosemary, thyme, black pepper and salt and mix well.

When the white sauce is ready, add the flattened lasagna sheet in the cake mold, a little white sauce, and top it with Naima.

Now apply a layer of white sauce on the top.

After this, add Qimih and Lazani sheets and spread them.

Finally, coat it with grated mozzarella and bake in an oven at 200 degrees Celsius for eight to ten minutes and when it turns golden, take it out and serve
